All orders, deliveries and services are described by the Terms & Conditions set out below. Users acknowledge Roma 5 Design’s right to modify any of the present terms to the extent that such modification would neither affect legally binding obligations of either party. Website users acknowledge they have read the present terms, agree with them and undertake the responsibility of complying with them.
For any order and transaction through the e-shop will be asked to provide some personal data. On your order you will be asked to provide your full name and surname, the address for the delivery of products, your phone number and an email address. Our company will not share this information with any other entity or use it in any way without your consent. Regarding the prices that are shown on the website, please note that they are in Euros and are inclusive of Value Added Tax. If you choose not to pay in Euros but in other currencies then you will be charged in accordance to the exchange rate of the respective bank that carried the transaction on the specific day. Follow the checkout process manually for prices to be updated based on your desired delivery location. Please note that the prices on this website are excluding delivery costs, but that cost will be added to the total amount due upon completion of your order. International customers may be required to pay local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us and the tariffs are set by the respective laws.
Payment can be made by various methods, such as PayPal or any other method which is stated on this website such as Direct Bank Transfer service or Cash on Delivery service. Please note we do whatever possible to ensure that we use high protection payment methods through this website.
You may execute a valid order through our e-shop provided that you are a legally capable person according to the Greek Civil Code (you are eighteen years old, and you are not placed under judicial guardianship regarding sales agreements). Representatives of legal entities may also place orders; our company reserves the right to claim from supervisors or guardians any order made by legally incapacitated persons.
LIMITED LIABILITY
Roma 5 Design we will do everything possible to guarantee that the information on the website is always updated but we cannot guarantee always the availability of all the listed products. However, in case of products’ unavailability we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
We are only liable for lack of diligence in the case of delay in delivering ordered products. The following circumstances will exempt from liability if they occur after the order placement and prevent the performance of it: any other circumstances beyond the parties’ control, such as fire, war, mobilisation or unforeseen military calling up, currency restrictions, riot or unrest, lack of means of transportation, general scarcity of goods, restrictions on motive power plus defects in or delay of supplies from suppliers or sub-suppliers caused by any of the above circumstances.
At last please note that we do not bear responsibility for any problem the users may face while using this website, which are related to their devices and the corresponding software they are using.
