Fortuny Lamp

Impressive and imposing floor lamp. Designed in 1907, it revolutionized stage lighting and experimented with a new indirect lighting system for the stage. The idea for the base came from the tripod of the camera, with its adjustable foot. This base was combined with the characteristic lampshade of the time, thus creating a light-orienting instrument. In the history of design, there are few works that can be “exposed” to new interpretations, maintaining an unquestionable personality and timelessness.
